Peel and cut the onions into middle size pieces.
Peel and cut the tomatoes in small cubes.
Place the onions into the casserole and add 1/2 tea cup of extra virgin olive oil.

Add the green beans on top of onions.
Chop the garlic and add them into the casserole as well.
Add the chopped tomatoes on top of onions and garlic.
Add 1 dessert spoon of salt and 2 dessert spoon of sugar.
Add the 1/2 tea cup of olive oil.
Add 1 cup of water (in room temperature)
STEP 4 Usage of Cooking Paper
- Cut the cooking paper according to the dimension of your casserole.
- Wash the paper and squizz it.
- Then place it in the casserole on top of tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 kg green beans
- 2 pieces onion middle sized
- 1 teacup olive oil extra virgin
- 4 cloves garlic
- 5 pieces tomatoes
