Pro Tips To Get The Best Mini Meatballs
1.Walnut addition is optional but believe me you will like the taste.👌
2. Behave moderately when adding the spices.
If you add more than 1 dessert spoon each spice, they would be too dominant in taste.
3. Be sure to knead the ground beef at least during 10 minutes continiously for maximum taste and texture.
You may prefer to use a kneading machine as well but most of the time I do it with my own hands to better shape the ground beef.
4. Be sure to rest the kneaded and shaped mini meatballs for 20 minutes in the fridge.
