Eggplant Moussaka With Ground Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg eggplant
  • 4 pieces tomatoes
  • 3 pieces onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 350 gr ground beef
  • 1/2 tbsp tomatoe paste
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 2 tea spoon ground red pepper
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 liter refined sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel them off, presalt and rest them in cold water.
    1 kg eggplant
  • Chop the onions, garlics, tomatoes and peppers
    4 pieces tomatoes, 3 pieces onions, 3 cloves garlic, 1 bunch parsley, 1 tbsp butter, 350 gr ground beef, 1/2 tbsp tomatoe paste, 3 cups hot water, 1 tea spoon cumin, 2 tea spoon ground red pepper, 1 tea spoon black pepper, 1 dessert spoon salt
  • Put eggplants in a pan with refined sunflower oil and fry them until they get golden brown color. Take them off the heat and make them rest on papaer towel to make them absorb the excessive oil.
    1 kg eggplant
  • Put ground beef, chopped onions, tomatoes, tomatoe paste, garlics, spices with 1 table spoon of butter and cook them for 30 minutes.
  • Place fried eggplants and sauce in preheated oven (180 C) for 30 minutes.

Notes

1.Do not skip the presalting step of the eggplants.
2.Do not neglect the paper toweling the fried eggplants.
