Traditional Turkish Coffee
An original coffee experience with its taste,smell and preparation ritual for all the coffee lovers

- 3 tea spoon ground Turkish coffee
- 2 coffee cups water cold
- 2 tea spoon sugar
Add water, ground coffee and sugar within the cupper pot.
Place the pot on stove and start boiling the coffee on the lowest heat.
Continiously blend the ingredients with help of a small tea spoon.
When the coffee starts boiling take the foam off the coffee using the spoon and put the foam within the coffee cups.
Continue boiling the coffee for 1 more minute and then pour the rest within the coffee cups.
1.Use cold water when making Turkish coffee.
2.Prefer a cupper pot for better coffee taste and texture.
3.Always prefer the lowest heat for making Turkish coffee if not your coffee foam would be lost and the taste wouldn't be the same.
4. Turkish coffee is strong. Prefer not more than 2 cups in a day and serve it always with some water or liqueurs.
